There is absolutely zero reason that this app needs to track you 24/7. I get notifications that it has accessed my location in the background during weekends. This app needs to be able to access your location only while using not always. Please fix
If I could give this app a -5 I would. It requires you to always share location even when not using the app resulting in much decreased battery time. It randomly sends you notifications with no rhyme or reason. Not all vehicles, VINs are scannable resulting in manual entry. There should be a setting, allowing you to turn off Uber prompts as they are not available in our area. If you are in a marginal or no cell phone area the app will not function properly. I wish there was another option for doing vehicle pick up and delivery.
This app is awful because it depletes your i-phone storage. Hate this app.

Takes one to two minutes between screens even on Wi-Fi. Something happened to this app and it’s horrible. Never was good but now plain horrible. I work for auto dealership as a driver. Plus it makes you keep it always always, not probably using the app. So it keeps running in the background if you don’t remember to delete the app after each use.
This app is made for high grade internet, in rural town it hard to get a signal. Plus can’t complete requirements if you have no signal and this defeats the purpose of PDEL! So DriveQ figure it out and let us have offline at some point, not everyone here live in the city.
I wish to be able to respond to requests from my Apple Watch I was a shift driver and am loosing money because responding on my phone is not fast enough. If I could accept on my watch it would be quicker and my acceptance rate would go up increasing my income!!!
This is the worst app I have ever used. It’s glitchy, slow, freezes and the support when you call is equally as useless. All they do is tell you to restart your phone and delete the app. That does nothing. They tell you to not discuss your hourly pay if you’re an hourly worker, it’s because they want to pay everyone terribly and select people at a higher wage. Discuss your wage. A year ago the minimum pay for a short trip was $25, they knocked it down to $18. The app requires to track you even when you’re not at work, which is not legal. As soon as I leave, I set an alarm to shut off the tracking. It is ILLEGAL and creepy that this company does this.
App asks for improvements but as far as I can tell nothing is ever done, and no feedback. Suggestions: 1. Allow for offline loading of pictures when internet mot available. 2. Allow for access “when in use” vs “always”…the dealer does not need ability to track me when i am not not working 3. Allow mobile devises to have same ability to view and assign drives the same as desktop. 4. Need ability to leave notes about the trips on the app, that can be viewed at a later date 5. Need ability to go back steps when you advance in error…e.g., accidentally starting on wrong trip…clicking on arrival before actually arriving (gives note that u have arrived prematurely) 6. Need ability to see exact address in mobile app before clicking that u are driving to location 7. Need to be able to see customer telephone number in app…customers do not respond to unknown 800 numbers 8. Have discussions with users. To improve the app!
This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s exceedingly slow. I doesn’t even work the way it intended to. The app tracks your location constantly, even if you not at work. This is ridiculous.
Going through steps while using this app is painfully slow, twitchy, and drains a ridiculous amount of battery. Can’t take more than a few pictures at a time without the app panicking and crashing even on full cell signal with 5G. Loading between screens can take up to 5 minutes at times if it even goes through at all. Do better.
Biggest waste of space I’ve ever put on my phone. Does not work. Updates during tasks and erases all progress. Use a Polaroid camera and note pad for better results.
Custom notifications would be a nice feature to distinguish between other notifications coming into the phone user
Slow to respond. Needs your location set to allow all the time. Way too many steps and no way of modifying those. Directions many times takes you the wrong direction until it corrects itself. If you want to waste time using the app when you could be driving this app is for you
The app is very frustrating to use especially being in a rural area with not much cell service every time I select anything with a pope connection it deletes all progress I’ve made and doesn’t allow me to continue. Would make the app a lot better if they added the ability to upload pictures from camera roll so I can take the pictures when I don’t have connection which is 9/10 times the case for me.
This app seems to be working well for the purposes I needed one suggestion that I would add is to create templates for the photos that need to be taken before and after drop off.
The app is very slow moving from screen to screen. The flow is terrible and it’s trying to micromanage you. It wants to help you with the customer, but the horrible experience of using the app makes it very hard to work effectively with the customer.
My company requires me to use this for Fords new pick up and delivery service and the app does not work 100% of the time and we only get paid on the service through completing every step through this app, but I end up on an infinite loading screen every time I try to input any information into this app. Not to mention this app is at all times tracking my location even when I am not at work on personal time which I am 99% sure is extremely illegal for any employer to track you on your personal time
This app is the worst
Full of holes and not consistent. Has read the wrong barcode and allowed the incorrect car to be recorded. You have to click on a few pages forward to be able to see details of the vehicle that you are picking up.
As a driver for a luxury car dealer, customers shouldn’t have to re enter customer information every single time they have to have their car picked up for service. App wont let you progress unless you scan the vin but you can’t scan the vin number unless the customer has provided all of their information for you to be able to select a unit to put them in. But if it’s an older customer that doesn’t have a smartphone you have to manually enter in that information every time. Ridiculous that it works that way and very frustrating as a driver that runs on a very tight schedule I do not have time to enter in the customers information by hand. Very disappointed with this app and if I could give zero stars I would. Nothing but problems with this app.
The app has trouble loading trips then when it does and you’re on a trip it crashes a lot and erases all the information you put in. Especially when trying to take pictures.
As the title says the app isn’t that bad only thing that really irks me is whenever I use maps I have to manually select avoid tolls and ferries even though I select remember settings it never does. There also needs to be a section where we can see our driving score to see how good or bad we’re doing. Need to add an option to give ratings to Uber/Lyft drivers because I’ve tried to find it multiple times and I even get text messages saying “feel free to rate driver in app” but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Other than that the app isn’t bad pay for out of shift trips is good. ********Revised to 2/5 stars from 4/5 because if you leave your current job you cannot pickup trips at all and the app just sits on a white screen.********
You can’t accept more than one trip at one time. You traveling more then 20 mins from the dealership be prepared it will be hard to find a Lyft or Uber ride back to dealership. You guys should make it that all driver should be able to get a set schedule at an dealership to still earn hours. Weather or not we pick on our own time.
The connection is already in a transaction and cannot participate in another transaction. EntityClient does not support parallel transactions.

I have been using this app since forced to when it came out. I have to say it is one of the most annoying non-efficient pieces of crap I’ve ever used. I have to keep the-taking pics because it wants to do a download or update in the middle of an active drive! And most the time it doesn’t even load the available options to accept without having to constantly re-sign in and refresh ALOT!! Then it stalls on ‘task’ and holds you hostage at the customers house. I often just don’t use it and complete the trip later when it stops acting like a POS… definitely needs several fixes. When you call in to talk about the issues, the just keep blaming the phone ( yes an iPhone but my Android users are having same problems) tell you to disconnect from WiFi, re-load the app, it’s not their issue…. Blah blah blah
Dispatch will constantly text about an offer and it will never appear in DriverQ. By the time you receive information on the trip (since it can’t be reviewed in the app) someone else has already covered it. The quality of this app undermines the job itself. I rarely work because of this issue.
Doesn’t work at all
Do not waste your time applying to work with this people. They send you a bunch of emails for next steps and after you complete everything they tell you you didn’t meet the criteria. Literally after almost two weeks of going through all the steps. I’ve seen complaints from a couple people and went through anyway only to realize it truly is a waste of time!
The graphics are phenomenal and the single player campaign has a simple yet thought provoking story my only gripe is the lag in multiplayer but if they fix it I will change to 5 stars
It’s a horrible app. Glitchy doesn’t describe how bad it is. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. Turn phone off and back on, turn WiFi st the dealership off of it completely screws the app up. No notifications when a trip is offered! How are we supposed to get a trip? Yes, they send Texts but by then it’s usually too late! Also there’s no real support after 7:00pm or before 7:00am.
The features are great. Using the different options of maps can be frustrating at times. Any of the maps will take you out of the way on occasion. Most of the time it’s great. The app disconnects from the networks often. At that point the trips can’t load causing lag time issues for the customer. There’s difficulties with the app staying connected or locked into the correct internet connection. We have a guest and secured connection. We have multiple times had to go into our connections and forget the guests connection. It still keeps using it anyway. This causes the pictures from trips to not load. We are then forced to shut down our phones. There’s got to be a a better way. There’s no reason to track the user 100% of the time. It should only track the user when using the app. The computer dashboard connects well with the application as long as the application is working well on the phone. Is there a way to make the application work on an iPad?
I work at a dealership and am forced to use this app. It will not function with location set to “only when app is open”. I can’t accept offers from other dealerships although they have tried since the location can ONLY be set to “always on”. I’ve had to delete and reinstall multiple times, sometimes the same day, to get the app to function. Please make it functional with location settings as when app is opened and hire someone that knows how to make an app that is stable

For the past 3 weeks this app has done nothing but freeze and crash. I can only take 1 photo of the car I’m supposed to be taking 8 of. If I take 2 pictures it immediately crashes. Does not upload any photos on wifi or data.
The technology behind this app is terrible. It freezes, it won’t upload photos and it disconnects frequently. The job is great but someone really needs to create a new app with better consistency and more up to date.
I am an employee of a dealer and I can honestly say that this is hands down one of the worst apps that I have ever used. Let’s start off on the list of problems with this app. Many times we will finish working on a vehicle for a customer and need to deliver it back to them within a few minutes, if the advisor inputs the trip in the system on the computer it takes literally 30 min to show up on the app. It crashes many times per day and will often times say “you are not connected to the internet” when I am visibly connected to Wi-Fi. Many times per day the app will also just display the opening screen that says “driverq” and I will have to force quit the app and restart it. There are also times where I am the driver who has selected a trip, but because of a timing issue I cannot do it, so when I go to reject the trip I get a message that states, “Trips cannot be rejected between the hours of 7PM and 9AM”. My dealer opens at 7AM and we are planning things for the day and sometimes drivers change. There shouldn’t even be a time window to reject a trip. This is all done electronically, so why is there a time window? Should I go on? I will. There are simply too many boxes to check with the steps like, “Park customer vehicle” and “thank customer” these are unnecessary and waste my time. Taking pictures of things needs to be deleted from the app as well. The developer needs to be fired and a new one needs to come in an completely overall the system. My rating would be zero stars. The advisors and other drivers at the dealer I work at agree!
I have an iPhone 7 and the app freezes constantly and most times won’t open. I have to restart my phone several times to get the app to work.
This program does not work well with the Apple iPhone. It is very unstable. The program often freezes which requires a reboot. Often all photos and data are lost. It is one of the most frustrating software applications I have ever encountered. I am a retired information technology specialist with more than 25 years of computer and software support.
This has way too many issues to use on a regular basis. I have it on an iPhone 10 and it constantly freezes as you use it, it even freezes when you are not even using it. It will not open and you have to delete the program and reinstall it to use it and if you get it open it often stalls and you loose your info or pictures. Waists a lot of time continually needing reloaded. It has the potential to be a really cool program but for now it’s really poor.

It's a great app, the feature of this app make you feel everything is easy, one of the great full thing is will let the customer know where you are will tell the dispatch where u are, submitting all the pictures that you need to submit, everything it's been designed in good shape.
